The second part of the menu is reserved for configuring the widget, which is easy to place on the desktop of the operating system or on the lock screen. So it is possible to display the charge AirPods, to indicate the status of the pairing and even help in finding the perfect sound settings (equalizer not pre-installed, but no one bothers to choose specific presets automatically after pairing).
