Gameplay 

Playing the mine picker in those times meant a few fields and minimalistic 2D graphics without the slightest hint of animation. GriffGriffGames created Minesweeper: Collector with 400 different game fields packed into 8 locations. To unlock all you need to collect about ten object sets for each of the 46 collections. To get one object you should clear at least 15 mines on any of the given game fields with the right to one error. There is also a game store where you can buy additional lives and other perks. 

Rules

To clear a location you will have to take the risk of unfolding one random square and hope for the best. If you are lucky and your first unfolded square does not hide a mine, then you will see that some open squares have numbers from 1 to 8 that tell you the quantity of mines in the proximity. Relying on the given information you must place flags on squares that contain explosives inside. If you get it all right you get a pile of gold coins and experience points that you can compare to all those other players out there.
