Volterra

Introduction 

These Russian  developers have already tried the cosmic themes with their Star-Draft: Space Control, 2D bloody shooters like Flat Army, they even made a political strategy called Dictator.  The next experiment is Volterra, a project successfully uniting retro music and cyberpunk graphics. Its gameplay is based on robbing a bank. 

Gameplay 

You watch the nocturnal city from a bird's flight and swipe the display to order a car with robbers to go rob a bank and then quietly exit the city. Of course, you will have a bunch of police cars patroling the city, so the plan may not be easily completed. If you come across one of the cars you will be caught and sent to jail. If you manage to get away, you can go to the game store after a few successful operations, and buy quite some perks for your shrewd gang (increase acceleration for the car or create a shield to hide from the police for a certain period of time). 

Bottom Line 

All in all, Volterra may remind you of Pacman, only you steal money and are chased by police cars instead of eating dots and running away from monsters.
