Yandex has proposed a similar range of services for the Russian job market. Yandex.Jobs will help find employment as well as qualified employees within the biggest country in the world.

To start the search you simply download and install the application and make sure your internet connection works. In the settings you choose the region, spheres you wish to work in (construction, art, marketing, consulting, sports, etc.) and the amount of wages you assume to be paid (ranging from..to...). Within the next second you get a list of job positions currently available with the employers' telephone numbers. If you do not have any experience or you are looking for a short-term agreement, do not be discouraged, the site has options even for these conditions.
