First, the hotel is situated in the very centre of Paris and gives a spectacular view on the Eiffel Tower which means your clients will have to be rich people to be able to afford a room in it. Second, you will have to reach that high level by upgrading your one-star motel to a five-star grand hotel with enfilades of rooms and big restaurants. Third, your clients will be monsters. That's right, sleazy, slimy, grimy monsters, including Dracula. Before you put them into different rooms, make sure you know their preferences, for they are not a particularly friendly bunch. Count the juxtaposition of all rooms and their residents' mood (sides, top, bottom). Pay special attention to the VIP clients for their attitude influences the decisions of your receiving an extra star to the hotel.
